Brownie mug cake
Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of flower

Recipe:

  • Add the water, butter, vanilla and salt in a big mug. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the cocoa powder, sugar and flour in steps. Mix thoroughly before you add the next ingredient.
  • Put the mug with the brownie-mixture in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, until the center is still slightly molten. Be careful not to overcook it!And that’s it. Dig in!

Crazily quick carrot cake

Carrot mug cakeIngredients (2 servings):

  • 1 small shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • A pinch of baking powder

Frosting:

  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of powder sugar

Recipe:

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour the mixture in two big mugs.
  • Put the mugs in the microwave for 60 to 120 seconds.
  • Let the cakes cool down, while you mix the ingredients for the frosting.
  • Divide the frosting over both mugs.

And voilà, it’s done! After just a 5 minute effort, you’re all set to enjoy a cup filled with carrot cake joy!

Piece of cake… vanilla cake!

vanilla mug cakeIngredients (1 serving):

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1½ tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • Half a tablespoon of oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Recipe:

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a big mug.
  • Add the milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the mug in the microwave for approximately 60 seconds. If the cake is not completely cooked, put it back in the microwave for 15 second intervals until it is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle a little cinnamon over your mug cake for the finishing touch.
