How to Play
Hotel Ever After – Ella’s Wish is a GameHouse Original Stories time management game. The goal of the game is to serve as many guests as possible within a limited period of time.
- Ordering – Wait for a guest to make their order. Their order will appear as an icon over their head.
- Service – Tap the item the customer requests and bring it to them. The item will be stored on your tray, located in the lower left corner of your screen. Some items require a little extra preparation. You may even need to complete a minigame! For help with minigames, check out the Minigame section.
- Checkout – Once a customer has all the items they need, tap the register to check them out.
The better your customer service, the higher your score will be!
Scoring and Customer Happiness
Your score is determined by how satisfied your guests are with your service. A customer’s face says everything, so pay close attention! Here’s how to recognize a customer’s mood:
- Ecstatic – Your guest has a big smile and a heart to accompany it! You’ll earn 30 bonus points for checking out an ecstatic guest.
- Happy – A guest with a smile is a happy guest. You’ll earn 20 bonus points for checking out a happy guest.
- Neutral – A guest with a straight face is feeling neutral. You’ll earn 10 bonus points for checking out a neutral guest.
- Annoyed – Your guest is starting to look a little angry. They’ll no longer give bonus points.
- Angry – Uh-oh, the thunderclouds are rolling in! An angry guest won’t give any bonus points. If you’re not careful, they’ll even storm out of the hotel!
You can earn additional bonus points by performing combos, such as serving customers back-to-back, serving orders quickly, or checking out multiple customers at once. You’ll even earn a bonus for finding the illusive hidden mouse!
Mice Locations
GameHouse Original Stories celebrity Carl the Mouse is staying at Hotel Ever After, too! This clever mouse is hidden in each of the game’s 60 story levels. Finding the mouse will give you an additional score bonus. Can you find all the mice? For help, check out the Mouse Locations section!
Upgrades
You can purchase upgrades for your hotel using the Shop. The Shop is the pink icon at the bottom of the level select menu. Here, you can select a specific location and use coins and diamonds to unlock special upgrades. Upgrades are designed to help you earn higher scores and make your guests’ stay a top-tier experience.
Coins can be earned by playing levels. The higher your star score, the more coins you’ll be awarded. Diamonds can be earned by completing secondary objectives for select story levels.
Furthermore, you’ll earn unique rewards for keeping guests happy. As your hotel earns more Likes, you’ll unlock special bonuses, such as increased movement speed for your characters. Strive to make your hotel the best it can possibly be!
Additional Tips and Tricks
- Clean those tables! – Keep tables clean at the bar so incoming customers have a place to relax and enjoy.
- Keep those items stocked! – If a product has a small number next to it, it means it’s available in limited stock. Keep these items stocked to prevent guests waiting too long.
- Start off the day right! – Restock items at the very start of your shift to get a head start on service for the day.
- Upgrade your service! – Use coins and diamonds to unlock upgrades per location. Once unlocked, that upgrade will remain unlocked permanently per player profile.
- A mighty mouse! – A mouse is hidden in each of the game’s levels. Find him to earn a score bonus.
- The magic of multiples! – Check out multiple guests at once to multiply your score.

Level 1 – Lobby
Welcome to Hotel Ever After! Your first level is all about learning the basics. Serve customers on time to earn stars and coin rewards. Guests will need a place to stay, so give them a key from beneath the counter so they have a room to stay in. Don’t forget to check them out at the register once they have everything they need!

Level 2 – Lobby
In Level 2, you’ll be introduced to the room cleaning minigame. When you run out of keys, tap the bell on the right side of the counter to quickly clean a room. As soon as you’ve finished the minigame, the room will be ready! Tap the new key beneath the counter to show them to their room.

At the start of this level, you’ll unlock a new item! You can now call taxis for your guests. Tap the Taxi pass beneath the counter to offer the product to your customers.

Charley is here to take guests’ luggage! Tap a guest when the Charley icon appears in the bubble over their head. Charley will collect their luggage. Charley is available whenever he’s not already holding luggage. Otherwise, you may need to wait a few moments for his service to be available again.

A new minigame will appear in the lobby today. Whenever a sign-in form pops up over a customer’s head with a blue color, tap the guest to begin the minigame. Tap the green zones marked on the form to fill them out and complete the minigame.

Did you notice the elevator in the upper left corner? Now you can use it! Each time a guest stands in front of the lift with a number over their head, tap on the keypad beside the elevator. Then, select the number matching the number displayed over the guest’s head to call the elevator down.

Send 2 customers up the elevator at the same time.
Level 7 introduces your first secondary objective: Send 2 customers up in the elevator at the same time! For today’s goal, wait until two guests are standing in front of the elevator. Then, click on the keypad and tap in the numbers the customers display over their heads. Note you may need to click the keypad twice. Once both guests have entered the elevator, they’ll be on their way and you’ll earn a shiny diamond for your efforts!

Quick serve 10 customers before their mood drops!
Today’s challenge is to quickly serve 10 customers before their mood drops. Each time you bring the item a guest requests within a few seconds of their order, you’ll earn a Quick Service bonus. Earn 10 Quick Service bonuses to complete today’s secondary objective.

Hotel Ever After – Ella’s Wish Chapter 2 contains Levels 11 – 20. Chapter 2 takes place in the Bar and the Lobby.

Create 4 cocktails for customers.
Congratulations, you’ve unlocked your first new location! The Bar is home to all the best magical drinks. To start, tap the correct glass which matches the guest’s order bubble. Then, tap the liquor bottles beneath the counter which match the drink the guest requests. The mixing will begin – Tap the shaker on the left once the needle lands in the green zone to add the finished drink to your tray. All that’s left to do is serve the cocktail!
Tip! Don’t forget to clean up any dirty tables marked with “!” bubbles.

Tap Ella’s phone marked with a “!” sitting on top of the counter. Ella will check her phone for reviews. You can stop this task at any time to assist guests by simply clicking on them or picking up a new item. Once Ella has finished checking her phone, you’ll successfully complete today’s secondary objective.

Reply to the staff’s Twinkle messages.
The Hotel Ever After staff are busy messaging on the Twinkle app today. Tap Ella’s phone each time the “!” appears over it to reply to their texts. On the message screen, tap the green button to reply to staff members. Answer all 4 messages before the end of your shift to complete today’s challenge.

Always keep juice in stock – don’t let it run out!
Congratulations, you’ve unlocked a new product! You can now add the petal cocktail garnish to your drinks. To add the garnish, first prepare the drink for the guest. Once the drink is complete, collect it from the mixing counter, then tap the garnish in the upper right corner to complete the cocktail.
Hotel Ever After – Ella’s Wish Official Walkthrough – Level 14 – Part 1
Today’s secondary objective is to keep the juice in stock. The number beside the juice beneath the counter shows how much juice is remaining. To restock, tap the blender in the upper right corner. Complete the minigame that appears by dragging the floating fruit into the mixer. Once finished, the juice stock will increase by 1.

Congratulations, you’ve unlocked another cocktail garnish! You can now add strawberries to the edge of your glasses.
For today’s secondary objective, serve 2 products from your tray in a row a total of three times. Prepare two orders for guests, then serve them back-to-back to add toward today’s challenge goal.

A new product has been added to the Lobby: Tea! Tap the teacup on the table toward the lower right to serve it to guests.
For today’s objective, keep an eye on Abigail. She’s sitting at the table on the upper right. Serve tea to the staff who sit at the table with Abigail to make progress on today’s challenge. Once 3 members have been served and have talked with Abigail, you’ll complete today’s story goal.

Restock the champagne 3 times.
Time to celebrate: Champagne has been unlocked! Serve champagne to guests by clicking the bottle beneath the left side of the counter. Once brought to the guest, a minigame will begin. Tap the champagne glass once it’s filled to the green zone to complete the minigame.

To restock champagne, tap the waiter that appears on the right once stock is low or gone. The waiter will retrieve more champagne. Tap the waiter once he returns to add the new stock to the drinks counter. For today’s objective, restock the champagne 3 times before the end of your shift.
Tip! By adding the remaining champagne to your tray, the delivery guy will appear sooner.

Create the “Glass Slipper” specialty drink.
A new product option has been added to the drink menu: You can now add both petal and fruit cocktail garnish to your drinks. Talk about fancy!
For this level’s secondary objective, tap the glass on the table to make the new specialty drink “Glass Slipper”. A meter will appear displaying your progress. You can stop your progress to serve guests at any moment by simply tapping another item, then return to the glass once you’re ready. Complete the Glass Slipper before the end of your shift to complete today’s challenge!

Always keep money in stock.
Welcome to the Office! The coins on the desk will be used to pay employees. When there’s no stock left, click on the safe and enter the code shown to complete a minigame. A bank worker will then arrive to restock the safe. Click on him to restock.
For today’s objective, your goal is to always keep money in stock. When stock is low, click on the safe and complete the minigame, then wait for the bank worker to arrive.

New products will be available today: A new drink mix and a cupcake will now be available at the Office. Cupcakes are Froggy’s favorite snack! When Froggy is hungry, tap the cupcake beneath the laptop, then tap on Froggy to feed him.
Today’s secondary objective is to create the perfect invitations. Tap the pile of invitations marked with the “!” bubble at the start of the day – they’re located beside the safe. A meter will appear displaying your progress. You can pause the task anytime by tapping another item, then tap the invitations to resume. You can set the phone down anytime to tend to customers, but don’t forget to pick it up again! Continue checking until the meter is filled to complete today’s challenge.

Clean the Room!
Perform the touch gestures shown on the screen to clean up the room. Tap or click circles that say “Touch” to clean!
Fill in the Check-in Form!
Tap or click the locations marked in green on the forms to check in hotel guests.
Arrange the Luggage!
Arrange the luggage so that all pieces fit on the cart. Tap or click a piece of luggage, then drag it to the cart. Organization is key in this minigame!
Bar Minigames
Pour the Champagne!
Tap or click the champagne glass as soon as the champagne reaches the green zone marked on the glass.
Juice the Fruits!
Tap or click the floating fruit on the left, then drag it to the juicer. The minigame will end as soon as all pieces of fruit have been successfully dragged into the juicer.
Clean the Glasses!
Perform the gesture shown to clean the glasses. Tap or click and hold, swiping in the direction indicated to polish the glass.
Chop the Fruit!
Tap or click and swipe through the fruits as they’re thrown into the screen. Pretend you’re a fruit ninja – it’s easier (and more fun) this way!
Restock the Liquor!
Tap or click and hold, dragging bottles to their matching outlines on the shelf.

Enter the correct code shown in the upper left corner by using the keypad on the left. Numbers will appear green once input correctly.
Photograph the Pets!
Tap the green camera button on the right repeatedly to open the shutter and take the perfect pet photo!
Sign the Papers!
Tap or click the green boxes on the forms to fill in the paperwork.
Social Media Minigames
Snapgram
Tap or click the sliders on the left and right side of the picture pieces until a complete picture is assembled. Once finished, the photo will be uploaded to Snapgram.
Twinkle
Tap or click the green button beside the text field at the bottom of the window to reply to text messages. The minigame will end once all the replies have been given.
