You should talk to him. Ely is behind the&nbsp;sheriff&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p>Exit the&nbsp;sheriff&#8217;s office via the&nbsp;back door.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Behind the Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talk to Deputy Ely Dillard. He is stuck on the roof and you should help him by placing the ladder next to him.<\/p>\n<p>Zoom in on the ladder on the floor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ladder has been broken and you can&#8217;t repair it. New Task is added to the Journal.<\/li>\n<li>Close the zoom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Talk to the&nbsp;Deputy again. He unintentionally drops the&nbsp;garage keys into the drain.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A zoom of the drain will open. The bolts are rusty and you can&#8217;t open it.<\/li>\n<li>Close the zoom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collect the&nbsp;<strong>Screwdriver<\/strong> from the barrel.<\/p>\n<p>Return to the&nbsp;sheriff&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talk to Sheriff Williams.
