This is one of the more unique games I have seen in quite some time. The basic idea is simple: remove the stones in the middle by making matches of three, drawing stones from the outside grid. Stones are lined up three deep in the shape of a square, and you must move these stones to the middle to make matches. The concept is simple, but the execution can be quite complex. As you move through the levels more complications are added to the grid, such as columns that cannot be moved. You must think ahead as far as possible in order to clear the board. I believe older kids would enjoy the challenge, and it's an excellent exercise for older players such as myself. The story line is thin, and I'm not even sure why the developers felt any story was necessary, because the fun and challenge is in the play. If you like unique puzzle challenges, I believe you will really enjoy this game. If I had a criticism it would be that the game is pretty short, but I believe the game would be just as enjoyable the second time around.

I bought the full version after only a few minutes of the demo because this is just the type of relaxing logic-based game I'd been hoping for. The ambiance is very soothing while game play stimulates thinking. I really don't like the usual generic board full of tiles to be swapped in most match-3 games, but I do love ones like Emerald Tale where tiles around the board must be moved to clear a path or, in this case, moved into position to remove tiles and clear the board. After the first couple of levels this game becomes very chess-like in thinking ahead, without the competition! It's perfect for me, but I do agree that a fuller story line could have nudged it up a bit. Good game.

The idea behind the game was kind of interesting and original but otherwise I was really bored playing the free trial. If you like games that are a little more in depth and have a fun story line this is not the game for you.

Thought I would really enjoy this game but it became quite boring when I had to repeat some levels over and over. Game turns difficult rather quickly. It didn't have enough pizazz to keep me involved. Try it for yourself. You might enjoy.
