Don't let the pretty graphics and cute fairy mislead you. This is a thinking kind of matching. Matching is done by making chains to break iced tiles, and gems snake across the screen in the same path as your chain to fill up the empty spots. So the gems on the screen are not fixed; they move as you make matches. Which means you can't plan ahead, and one match can mess up a match right next to it. It's definitely not a kid's game, although kids could certainly play it. It's a little more effort than the usual mindless matching, and there are lots of pluses: when you are done with your level, a field of flowers blooms on your screen. Beautiful. The soundtracks are incredibly lovely and peaceful. Would like to have a CD of them. And as you complete a level, some of the snow melts, and you begin to see animations of birds flying, people walking, and flowers blooming. But that is just one scene. There are eight more adventures with different settings. The game lost a star because the power-ups aren't explained well. I saw them charging up, but how and why didn't make sense, and I couldn't figure out how to access them. But other than that, this is a beautiful game for adults, as well as kids.
