I am a big Luxor fan and I think this game is a great addition to the series. It's true that there is not that much that's new, the power ups are basically the same and you still get jewels and ankh coins when you finish a level. But I think that the graphics are awesome and it makes for some challenging play with the way the paths snake through holes, under buildings and around objects on the screen.

There is to much going on in the background. I had a hard time seeing the balls and where the balls where going. I thought I would really like it but I didn't. For my machine it really seemed slow.

compared to the other luxor games this one is a huge disappointment. It ran so slow on my laptop it was insane. My laptop is pretty top of the line too. luxor 3 is my favorite and the luxor adventures is pretty cool too.

I did enjoy this game but not as much as Luxor 3. I agree with the other reviewers that there was a lot going on in the background and it made it difficult to see the balls. Still . . . I did like the concept and did enjoy playing it. Have played it several times.

While attractive, the special effects are too distracting. They cloud up the screen so much that you can't see which balls are coming up. I've played all the other Luxor games and still find the first one to be the very best.
