This is a very nice Match 3 game. The colors are vivid, and the graphics are good. But I don't think it quite measures up to some others, such as The Path of Hercules, also from Playrix. Why? These games are very similar, but in The Path of Hercules once you had obtained an object, you had to go find all the parts of it in a hidden object scene, and once you put it back together, it jetted off to the Gods. Here, when you find all the pieces to an object, nothing much happens. A space is filled in the amulet, but that's it. So even though the levels are crisp and eventually become challenging (if you play using the timer), you don't gain much for completing the levels, and there is much less of a feeling of satisfaction. It's a very nice game, but it lacks the spark that keeps me wanting to play level after level. There is really no feeling of accomplishment because there's nothin to do once you complete an object--you merely go on to the next one. The only criticism of the Match 3 games themselves is that when the screens get bigger, the squares get much smaller and harder to distinguish. Again, not as well thought out as The Path of Hercules and no where near as much fun as Imperial Island: Birth of an Empire.

More like work than fun and not worth the time and effort to play. Over programmed to a narrow line of what will and will not work.

A beautifully designed and occasionally frustrating straight match-3. The regular levels are fairly easy, even in the timed version, but the challenge levels are just that--some are moderately hard, others are really difficult. I appreciate that there aren't any HOs to break up the match 3 flow. Cannot stop trying to get all the challenge levels, even though it's been many, many hours of gameplay and I have 9 to go!
