- If I cancel my subscription will I lose my FunTickets?
Answer:
Once you have canceled, any remaining FunTickets on your account will expire after 90 days. Don't forget to use them!
- How do I use FunTickets?
Answer:
To use your credits simply make your purchase normally. When you get to the payment method step your will see the option to use your credit to pay for the game.
- What are memberships?
Answer:
Memberships are our paid subscription services for getting unlimited access to our games. There are two types of subscriptions: Fun Tickets lets you purchase games for a large discount with a "FunTicket" issued to you each month that you can use to purchase our games. FunPass is our original service that lets you play all of our games for a single monthly (or yearly!) subscription price.
- How much do I pay for additional games as a FunTicket Subscriber?
Answer:
As a FunTicket subscriber, you can purchase games on GameHouse.com for $6.99 at any time. You also receive a free game credit every month when you are billed your $6.99 monthly subscription fee.
- How do I cancel my membership?
Answer:
To cancel your membership, go to your "My GameHouse" tab and sign in. Go to the Memberships page (there is a link under the MyGameHouse tab). Click the Cancel button next to your subscription to start the cancel process. Your remaining free game credits will then be set to expire 90 days after you cancel. Make sure you use them!
- Do I recieve FunTickets if I am a FunPass Member?
Answer:
Not exactly. As part of your FunPass subscription you can purchase games at the same discounted price as FunTicket subscribers. Monthly FunPass members buy games for $6.99 Annual FunPass members buy games for only $5.99!! These are not FunTickets and you will not be automatically billed for a FunTicket each month. These discounts are included as part of your $19.99 per month (or 119.40 per year) FunPass Subscription.
- What other perks do I get as a member?
Answer:
In addition to the discounts on games, members get access to our game release a day early. Get tomorrow's game today!
- How do I change my user information?
Answer:
1. At the top of the page there is a tab for "My GameHouse"
2. Login to My GameHouse. If you are already logged in, skip this step.
3. Go to the link for "Profile" at the top of the page
4. Click the link for "Edit billing information" - How do I get removed from the GameHouse mailing list?
Answer:
1. At the top of the page there is a tab for "My GameHouse"
2. Sign in to access your My Gamehouse menu and select "Email Preferences"
3. Uncheck the box for the newsletter you wish to unsubscribe to
4. click "Save Changes" to complete the process
