  • I just gambled away all my casino points! How can I get more?
    Answer:

If your casino balance drops below $1, it will automatically reset to $5,000. Just close your game window and open it again. (Don't you wish you could do this in real life?) If you're playing Vegas Solitaire, you won't be able to play if your balance drops below $50. In that case, just go to the Roulette table and place all of your chips on one number: You'll either win big, or lose everything. (Your balance will reset to $5,000.) Either way, you'll be able to go back to Vegas Solitaire and play several more hands.

  • The online games are not showing on my computer.
    Answer:

Many of our online games require certain free plugins to play. All GameHouse.com online games are programmed in Java, therefore the latest Java Plugin needs to be installed. We also have other online games from 3rd Party developers that require other free plugins. Here is a list of FREE Internet Browser Plugins that you may need to download and install to play many of our online games:

    JAVA Plugin (Free): http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
    FLASH Player Plugin (Free): http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
    Shockwave Player Plugin (Free): http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/

Some of online games like the Luxor series, Tumblebugs, and The Da Vinci Code will require an Active X Plugin. Currently, Active X is native to only Internet Explorer on the PC and will not work correctly with any other browsers (FireFox, Netscape, Opera, and Safari) and Mac Computers. So, if you would like to play these certain games, please make sure you are using Internet Explorer on a PC Computer.

Note: Active X games are developed by 3rd Party Developers and NOT GameHouse.com
