  • Do I need to pay any tax? What is VAT?
    Answer:

    GameHouse.com is located in Washington State, so we are required to tax all Washington State residents.

    We are also required to add Value Added Tax (VAT)to all digital services by the European Union. More information can be found through the following article here.

  • Are there any shipping and handling charges?
    Answer:

    All orders that include a GameHouse CD will have a flat additional charge of $7.95 for shipping and handling. If you do not want the CD, click the "Remove" link for the GameHouse CD and the shipping charge will also be removed.

  • Do you offer Gift Certificates for certain amounts?
    Answer:

    We do offer gift certificates! To purchase one simply go to your cart (by clicking 'Cart' in the upper right corner of the page) and click the button at the bottom of the cart that says 'Gift a Game!'.

    You should now have an Gift Certificate item added to your cart. You can use discounts on this item as normal. For example, you can purchase a gift certificate using one of your FunTickets or using your FunPass discount.

    After you enter your billing and payment details, you will be prompted to enter the gift recipient's information. Upon completing the order, you will get an email receipt and the gift recipient will get an email with the gift certificate.

  • I am trying to pay using Paypal. I don't see paypal available as a payment method?
    Answer:

    If you are a Gamehouse Club Subscriber (FunPass or FunClub) then you will not have PayPal available as a payment option.

  • What currencies are accepted at the GameHouse Store?
    Answer:

    All prices on GameHouse.com are listed in US dollars, and we only accept payment in US dollars at this time. When using a credit card to place an order, the bank that issued your card will automatically convert and pay us in US dollars. Your statement will reflect the transaction in your normal currency at the current exchange rate.

  • How do I purchase using a check or money order?
    Answer:

    Gamehouse.com no longer accepts payments via check or money order. If you would like to make a purchase and do not have a credit card or debit card, we can accept payments via PayPal.   • I can't find my License Code, what now?
    Answer:

    Retrieve your license code here. If it is a new purchase, you can use your email and password for Gamehouse.com to register your game.

  • I wasn't billed correctly for my purchase, how do I correct the mistake?
    Answer:

    You will need to use the Customer Support Form (click "need more help?" below) and include all order numbers you received. You will only be charged once for each order you place, so if you only have one order number, you have only been charged once.
