Here is a list of problems we are aware of in regards to customers moving their accounts over from Real Arcade. If you have one of these issues be aware that we are working on a fix and we will post a notification here of when that fix is complete.
Customers that were paying for their accounts with unsupported payment types (i.e. NOT Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) will not be able to move their account to GAmeHouse.com at this time.
Customers that are paying in a foreign currency (Euros, etc) will have their payment converted to US Dollars upon moving their account information to GameHouse.com.
The following games from RealArcade will not be available for download on GameHouse.com (though you can still play them if you have them installed):

Our contract with Hasbro, the owner of those brands, has expired. Although those games are no longer available at GameHouse, we think youâ??ll love these great games: Super TextTwist and TextTwist 2, Skip-Bo, UNO, Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox, Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor.

You can use your FunPass subscription on more than one computer, BUT you cannot play at the same time. You will automatically log out of your first computer, if you log onto a 2nd computer.


The first time you play a FunPass game you'll need to login. When you start the game, the startup screen will first show the Free Trial screen. To login to FunPass, simply click the FunPass tab near the upper left of the window. Just type in your email address and password, then click Login and Play! From then on, every time you start a FunPass game, it will immediately go the FunPass tab, with your information entered. All you have to do is click the Login and Play button and you're playing!
There are a few reasons this can happen. The most common cause is that you are not signed in to your funpass account on our site. To sign in, you can use this link. Also be aware that this discount does not stack with other discounts. Only the largest discount applies on your order.
Reactivating is just as easy as canceling your service. Simply navigate to the Membership page and log in. Then click the reactivate button next to your canceled FunPass subscription to start the reactivation process.
