A happy, relaxing game for young/young at heart ... with a simply storyline and friendly characters. A great intro to hidden objects/puzzle game for children - it would need to play with parent (s) or alone if older. Holly, mother, is searching for her daughter, who went to a magical land. While the game is a sequel, it can be played on its own because of the story. Find objects by clicking/removing from the scenes with your wand - find all same type items, from just the words, pictures or just an outlines. The mini-game/puzzles include making a picture, match the items and placing gems into the object. You must finish each level before moving forward - you can not skip a level, a puzzle or a picture/word storyline scene. A plus ... this game could be played many times, but can not be played with multiple accounts - you either have to start where you saved or from the very beginning of the game. For an adult, this game could be a little short on story, too many child-like characters, simple game-play, and mostly easy to complete puzzles. Overall, this was a cute game that I enjoyed for the fact that it was relaxing ... no pressures.
Okay, I'm a grown-up, and my eyes aren't what they were when I was 10. But COME ON! A lot of the hidden objects just can't be seen, or the graphics are so poor that a sweet looks like a blob. The colors are bright, and the story is definitely geared toward elementary school children, but the hidden objects are difficult for me, and I'm a die-hard HO fan. The music is perky, but after listening to the same tune for 10 minutes I had to turn the sound off before it drove me crazy. I can't imagine that even kids would want to hear the same 24 bars over and over. There are hints available, and you can get more by finding golden strawberries that look like a locket to me. The mini-games are simple to moderate in difficulty. I think Alawar missed the mark here. The story is definitely for the kids, but the graphics make finding hidden objects very difficult.
I bought this game for my grandaughter who is four. She cant handle the mouse to well at the moment so she finds clicking on exactly the right spot time consuming. However she will improve with practice, and I enjoy hidden object games immensly, so the both of us will get 'moneys worth' Thankyou

I'm not sure who this game is for: adults or kids. The graphics are bright and fun, but the hidden objects can be hard to find because of the style of artwork. For example, in the "find the sweets" puzzle, I was just clicking around because the candy looked like blobs. I didn't care for the fact that you couldn't use hints on, or skip, the mini-puzzles, some of which would be hard for kids. And I am no good at the connect-the-pipes ones, which can end a game for me. Another odd feature: you have to work for the hints by finding 3 tiny golden strawberries to equal 1 hint. And the hints don't recharge. I think this is too hard for young kids, it's too cutesy for adults, so I'm not sure who'd find this appealing.
I bought this game for my nine-year-old granddaughter and she liked the game very much. She thought it was a little hard for her, but enjoyed playing. I played it and thought it was fun. It would be for an older child to adult.

Really didn't care for this - it's very cutesy and childish. I guess if you're a kid, that's great lol but for me, I didn't like this at all. My daughter (a teen) also thought it was too babyish and even though she loves these kind of games, didn't care for it either. This is more for a 10 year old than anything else. For that reason, I'll give it 3 stars - I think kids would enjoy this.

This is an adorable game. Vibrant colors and cute music. This would be good for kids between 5 and 10. The search items are basically easy to find, but there are a few that the kids may need help finding. If they collect 3 golden strawberries they will get an extra hint. (3 in each puzzle) The really great part of this game is the search items are often in a category. For example, in a couple silhouette games all the items are square or triangle. On the other hand, the puzzle may say "find all the sweets" - You click on a piece of fruit and it is wrong, click on the candy, cake, etc and it's right. Highly recommended for kids, adults probably would not like it as much.
