Is there a way....

to get past a level that cannot be cleared? I am stuck on 4.5 and have tried more than numerous times. Most games give you an option to skip or pass by giving up points or something similar. Is there any other way to pass this level? I have really enjoyed this game as a way to relieve the stress of my job, but now it is going over to the dark side!
Please help.

Hi Bleve,

You have on the right side a hint button inform of an eye (click it) and it will tell you moves to do. Match all the 4 same ones. If you have the boot on the right side for replacing any tile use it to put it one tile apart from your last 2 tile, when you have two boots and one beside, so when you move the one, which lays beside you get a 4er match. Also when you use the booty by 3er matches it uses NO ENERGY, just place it beside the 2 boot-tiles. If you on the other hand match 4er Match with the Snoozy Pillow and you have filled that bar, you get more energy. If you have the cleaner instead of the booty you can clear the whole board and when it makes matches they count. Use now and then the Hint button, when stuck. It takes time to refill it, but in this game you have no time limits, so just use the time you really need. Now and then the hint button gives you only 3er matches and it takes energy, but the tiles which fall after that are mostly 4er matches.

I made it clear through the game after getting hung up on a couple of rounds. I found that some times it was better to concentrate on getting more energy and letting the needed items take care of themselves.

Another thing to keep in mind is just because it says you can travel you don't have to do that. If you are close to getting more energy then stick around and finish getting it. On some levels the ingredients for more energy are not on all of the levels so you have to stock up while you can.
