I came to the pipe puzzle and was having trouble so I clicked on solve. Now I'm stuck, the red light about reset is blinking but when I click on it nothing happens. Will I have to start this game from scratch? I really hope not. Help Please,

I just got this game myself and the same thing is going on>?? I have never had trouble with another site that sells games but I have had much trouble with this one. I am going to cancel my membership if this is not taken care of quickly. I have had to complain many many times. I got this game because the last one I bought would not work and was given a game credit. YIKES what does one do. I have a new computer and no problems with any thing else. just with this site.
