How do you teach them to fish, mine are dying cause farming is not sufficient enough for them. Could someone pls help me with this. thanks

You need to up your farming tech points. When you get the first upgrade your villagers will be able to plant crops. The next upgrade will be fishing. So you need to build your tech points to buy them the knowledge.
