You have lit the fire wood with the matches at the fireplace. You got a hidden object (HO). You received a spear head and found an other puzzle piece. Leave the dining hall to the left and go upstairs.
Get the shield to the right of the door. Go back downstairs.
Click on the left suit of the armor in front of the door. Place the gauntlet (HO from make up table), the spearhead and the shield on the armor and collect a key for the chest at the bottom left corner in the middle room upstairs.
