When you launch the game it looks like it starting to load and you just get a black screen no error message. I tried changing the compatibility with no results. I have over 100 games on my computer and in the last month I have downloaded about 30 half of which I did not get coins/points for. You are supposed to get 50 points and 10 coins per game. When I contacted CS I was told that they can only reimburse the coins. So if I download 5 games a day I should have 250 points and 50 coins. My scenario was that I did not get credit for 2 out of the 5. CS answer was that they could only give me 20 lousy coins for the two games. Hardly seems fair.

What's this about level 36 being the highest you can go? I just reached 36 wonder if this is the problem with not getting credit for dl games? Anyone have any further info on this? It's bad enough that they took the gift cards away, I'm sitting here with all these coins that I don't know what to do with. Any time frame on getting some new stuff as prizes.

I also use Goggle Chrome and I tried that save password thing, and the only one it puts the password in is the main sign in in the upper rt corner, it does not do the daily sign in (for me anyway).

Well hopefully it will get better soon.

Thanks for the email, i am using a 3rd party video card, when i went to the website to update the drivers i am running the most current. i went ahead and dl anyway, and now instead of the game freezing i am getting a microsoft <game name>.exe error. do you know anything about this?

just to let you know that they do keep track behind the scenes of our daily log ins. i keep a journal of the date and time that i log in everyday. when i got to 30 days i sent cs an email and they gladly gave me my coins and badge. as far as the 100 days goes im not sure if this is going to mess everybody up and we have to start all over of not. my suggestion is if you know that you have 100 days i would contact cs.

Wow! i thought i was going crazy, now i know for sure its not me. this is what i was told from gamehouse customer support. my ? was when you log in and get to day 5, on day 6 you start over @ day 1. i hope you'll understand me. the daily sign in bonus goes from day 1 to day 5. on the next week you start over @ day 1, and continue to day 5. they are aware of the problem, but at this point they do not have a fix. they say that they are keeping track of the daily log ins, and you should get your badges for logging in on a consecutive basis. so what i do is keep a log of my # of consecutive days logging in and when i get to the next badge which i think is 30 days, i will have a record to dispute if i do not recieve my badge and award. i hope this helps.
