I find this a bit annoying since with previous Delicious games, I was able to play the games on windowed mode. Please help.

I got this one playing one of the shifts in Plastics. I filled every station-chair, lie down table, mirror-with patients. Also, I filled the seats in the waiting area and I think I had at least one patient at the magazine rack. In addition, I had patients waiting in line. Those will definitely help to get the trophy.

I have a quick question. I'm having trouble making expert on Diagnosis 1, Shift 3. The expert score is 70 hearts but the highest I've been able to get is 67. I don't get the water cooler yet so I can't get my patients to go over there to increase their hearts. I do try to maximize the number of hearts that my patients have but sometimes they'll only get up to 4 hearts. Is it not possible to make expert score or am I missing something? Any help would be great.

I don't know whether anyone has suggested this but I think that regarding customer service, there should be the option to allow customers to exchange games for those of equivalent value, in the event that the game they purchased isn't working or for whatever reason. I have asked customer service-a long time ago but still lol-about whether this option was possible but never got a straight answer on it.

As for me, I had an issue with Cake Mania 2 sometime back and so decided to purchase the game elsewhere so I could continue to enjoy playing it. I would have asked for a game exchange then but I have no idea if Gamehouse allows for that. :/

Big Fish Games does allow customers to exchange games and so I wonder if Gamehouse has the same policy. I have some games on my account that no longer work well on my computer. I bought another computer sometime back and I've been having some compatibility issues. I don't want to fix the problems-just want to exchange one or two games if that's possible. If not, then that's ok. But I would like an answer to this. Thank you.

I rarely post on the forums. I usually like to email support request when I have a problem with my games. But I haven't gotten a straight answer on the following, which is a little annoying to say the least.

All I want to know is whether Gamehouse allows a customer to exchange a game, whether it's a technical problem reason, dissatisfaction with a game, etc. I have emailed customer support about this but all I get is to call them. But due to my location, it's quite difficult to do so. It's easier to get access to a computer than it is to a phone at times. lol Also, because I am from out of the country most of the year, calling for a support request would be an international call and take some money out of my pocket, I think.

These might be bug-related issues but if there are solutions to the problems I'm having, I'd appreciate any help. Also, is there any way to contact the developers about these issues? I might get an expedient answer from them if I can contact them directly. Thanks for any help.

I finally unlocked all of the map pieces but I'm having trouble completing the quests for the final map area. I don't know if these are bug related although they may very well be. I'd appreciate some help from anyone who has gotten this far.

1. When I tried to unlock the totem of discovery, for some reason, only one of my spiritual lions (they have the bandanna icon) was able to dig near there. I had two spiritual lions but one of them wasn't spiritual enough, despite the icon. Also, even after the lion was able to dig there, they never made any progress activating the totem. I didn't have this problem with the other totems.

2. With the mine, I had my curious lion investigate it. (I only had 1 curious lion because I couldn't breed any more.) He was able to investigate it but there was never any progress made, like in problem #1 above.

I rarely post here, as I usually come here more to find out what games are released and all. However, I saw that Emily's Holiday Season is out now and I just had to try it out. I liked it although I was surprised that it didn't offer the one-hour free trial that previous Emily games did. It was only a demo.

But anyway, I was thinking. If Gamehouse doesn't already have this, this might be an idea to consider. Some gaming portals offer game package deals. For instance, Sandlot Games offers a package deal for the first three Westward games. Perhaps Gamehouse can do the same for the Emily series? I have the first two games but never got the other three because I was extremely busy at the time and also due to money constraints. However, if there was a good package deal offered, I'd definitely consider buying it.

It's just an idea but thought I'd at least post it.
