I know this won't help anybody but let me tell you of my experience on another gaming site. I lost a game I thought I had bought through them, anyway after a couple of fast and legible emails from them it turns out I hadn't bought it from them,( still a mystery who I did buy it from) but they gave me credit to buy it from them and it cost me nothing. What an excellent site. Different to this one, even though you can see I have purchased games they still won't do anything about it! Take a lesson gamehouse perhaps you won't lose customers then!

Just call up customer service. Or email them. They will replace your lost games.


Yeah right what a joke. all you get is tough they weren't available before you transferred, uh yes they were and would it really hurt for them to read their emails properly, to get that responce took three goes!! What total rubbish, yes they may be 'only games' as someone said but they were paid for with cash I earned!!
