drjswriter - Im wondering when you speak of the fireflies and jellyfish game are you talking about the RealArcade Skill games powered by King.com? If that is the case you should be able to go to www.king.com and log-in and see your credits. That worked for me when I tried to play my skill games.

jlax - have you tried to reach out to GameHouse customer support by phone? They should be able to help you over the phone to get your games working.

xb4byx - I've also just encountered the PayPal issue you describe after I signed up for a subscription and cancelled then the PayPal option has completely gone away. I think this is just a simple bug in the GameHouse site. Hopefully a GameHouse rep. can jump in and let us know that they will look into this.

You should try to contact GameHouse support directly from the www.gamehouse.com/support page "need more help" link in any FAQ - that will get your problem resolved more quickly.

If you don't get your problem solved be sure to post here again.

I hope this helps you!

You should also check in your "Memberships" section under My GameHouse to see what the status of your subscription is - it should say "stop requested". I've only contacted their support through the internet form on the www.gamehouse.com/support page by clicking "need more help" so sorry I cannot help with a phone number.

This is a question that you will need to contact GameHouse support directly about - If you go to www.gamehouse.com/support and then on any FAQ click on the "Need More Help?" link you will get a form you can fill out and a support person will get back to you.

They've been very fast when I've contacted them.

Have you tried holding the ctrl button and then clicking? I don't have this particular game but on a Mac Ctrl + Click usually behaves as a right click on a Windows PC.

Try it out and let me know if it works!

With FunPass you can download any game from the GameHouse website by clicking on "Download Free", then when you go into the game you just enter your GameHouse user name and password on the "FunPass" tab and you can play the full game forever.

You should try it out with one of my new favorites Little Shop World Traveler at:
http://www.gamehouse.com/download-games/little-shop-world-traveler

I will note that if you are using a Mac that at this time GameHouse does not have FunPass for Mac games.

Maybe I can help you, what game are you trying to play and what is your computer's operating system e.g. Windows XP.

Bonniedc - I had the very same problem last week. GameHouse knows about this problem and is automatically refunding all of us the extra charges. I got an email earlier this week about the issue from them. You should probably also go ahead and use the support form at www.gamehouse.com/support -> choose an issue then click "Need More Help" to contact them directly to verify that you are getting a refund.

Hope this helps!

Right now I think GameHouse is only allowing PayPal for single game purchases at the full price not for FunPass.

Hope this helps!

I also have a mac and was able to download and install princess Isabella - It did take a little while for it to load at first but it came up.

You should reach out to GameHouse support via email so they can help you directly - especially since you've purchased the game.

The GameHouse support team has always been really helpful when Ive contacted them so hopefully they can help you out too.

I thought I noticed the free game being the same as well but for me it was actually my browser cache keeping yesterdays game content. Try holding shift and pushing on the refresh button for your browser and see if that helps.

The games are very large but you should be able to download them.

You might want to contact GameHouse support by email (through the web form at www.gamehouse.com/support - you have to click on a FAQ and then "Need More Help") - they might know of a trick that can get you up and playing!

This sounds VERY frustrating - are you trying to use a FunTicket to buy the game or purchase it full price?

What internet browser are you using?

Hope I can help you!

KimDeLair - What happens when you try to download the game? Any specifics would help me point you in the right direction.

Have you been able to download the trial of Greedy Words?

This is a tricky one - do you have FunPass or do you use FunTickets and/or just purchase individual games?

With FunPass it will be really easy to play your games anywhere you want even on multiple computers!

Lucky for you in the UK - Uncle Sam hasn't found a way to collect any taxes there yet. You'll be fine to continue to buy and play as you always have.

Hope this helps!

genster09 - this sounds somewhat strange regarding a Free Gift when you try to log-in. I use GameHouse every day and I've never seen that offer myself.

Im wondering if you may have some sort of ad-ware on your machine.
Do you use virus or ad-ware scanning software? If not you might want to try that out just to be safe.

Since it sounds like you love games as much as I do and you wanted some free Games you should check out http://www.gamehouse.com/promos/free-gamehouse-classics
There you can get 3 great games without ads - its a limited time promotion that GameHouse is doing.

You should definitely call or email support so they can help you out. The FunPass and the FunTicket are 2 different memberships so it is possible that you are signed up for both of them and getting billed for both.

With FunPass you can play games whenever you want like a rental and with FunTicket you get a credit every month that you are a subscriber that you can use to buy any game at GameHouse.com and own forever.

The cool thing is that with FunPass you can buy individual games for the FunTicket member price so there really is no need to be a member of both unless you like having a credit automatically added to your account each month.

Hope this helps!

There are some great hidden object games on the way soon. I know that I am anxiously awaiting the new Mortimer Beckett Game (http://www.gamehouse.com/download-games/mortimer-beckett-and-the-lost-king) you can see a lot of the good upcoming games at http://www.gamehouse.com/upcoming-games

Unfortunately they only let you get the game of the day on the specific day it comes out and if you miss the game you cannot get it another day. But there are some other free games that are updated occasionally at: http://www.gamehouse.com/free-games you should check that out if you haven't yet!

Hope this helps

Starsintheday, Id love to point you in the right direction but I'm a little confused. Are you band and you are looking to have a game made about your band by game company or you are looking to begin making your own games (computer programing)?

nevay, what kind of games do you like? Im a fan of Time Management myself - I play a ton of games on GameHouse and might be able to suggest some for you to try out. I definitely wouldn't cancel your subscription as GameHouse has licenses to almost all the popular games plus they make great exclusive games. Remember you can always suggest a game that you are interested in if they do not have it.

kkristen - this is something that GameHouse can do for you but you will need to contact their support staff. Either via email or telephone so they can work with you directly to get the game switched. We look forward to seeing you on GameHouse often!
