I will note that if you are using a Mac that at this time GameHouse does not have FunPass for Mac games.

Bonniedc - I had the very same problem last week. GameHouse knows about this problem and is automatically refunding all of us the extra charges. I got an email earlier this week about the issue from them. You should probably also go ahead and use the support form at www.gamehouse.com/support -> choose an issue then click "Need More Help" to contact them directly to verify that you are getting a refund.

You should reach out to GameHouse support via email so they can help you directly - especially since you've purchased the game.

The GameHouse support team has always been really helpful when Ive contacted them so hopefully they can help you out too.

Do you use virus or ad-ware scanning software? If not you might want to try that out just to be safe.

There you can get 3 great games without ads - its a limited time promotion that GameHouse is doing.

Unfortunately they only let you get the game of the day on the specific day it comes out and if you miss the game you cannot get it another day. But there are some other free games that are updated occasionally at: http://www.gamehouse.com/free-games you should check that out if you haven't yet!
