In the old RA forums, you had the option to be notified by email if someone replied to your post. That would make it very helpful if you are having a problem with a game or download. you would know when and if someone had a answer for you. please consider adding this feature.

When they migrated to Gamehouse from RA, I too had to redownload all of my RA games into the Gamehouse format. there were many games that were no longer available for download and I contacted tech support and they gave me credit for all the lost games. i was able to get new games as replacements. You should keep a list of all of your games, update it everytime you get a new game and keep that on a thumb drive or external drive so if you have a crash or other catastrophy, you will know what games you had. They do not always show up on your billing history, so keep your own list. The tech staff was very good about making sure I ended up with the same number of games I had before the merge.

The last time I had a crash, when I restored my files to the new computer after reinstalling the gamehouse software, my games would not play and I still had to redownload every game again. I have over 200 games I have purchased over the years from RA and gamehouse so it is a real pain! How do i get around this?

Using the list I made before I migrated to GameHouse, all of my games transferred to GameHouse, showing up in both the GameHouse games area and the Real Arcade games area. The ones shown in GH games are lsited as purchased, but when I try to play them, they require I do another download, and then the game only show up as a trial version. Following 2xwolverine's advice, I attempted to register the game and nothing happens. It again requires a download and I am looped right back to the same screen over and over again. Right now, I can play my games in the RA games area, but don't know how long that will last. Still playing in the old 1.4v of RA without trouble.
