Never mind. Uninstalled/reinstalled and it's working fine now. Have finished five parts of chapter 1. I like it and will purchase. Took me a minute to realize you needed to double-click the flag at the top of the screen to start each scene.

The only reason I will be back to this site is to redownload my games and put them on my external hard drive for safe keeping.

I also have never had a problem. It's unfortunate that I have had to cancel because of the economic conditions. When you have to live on a disability income from the government, and you only get a 10.00/month increase but rent, gas, hydro go up more than 20.00/month, something has to give and unfortunately credit cards don't get paid on time.
I am satisfied with the result. As a friend of mine says, if you scream loud and long enough, somebody will eventually listen. This has happened in this case.

Gamehouse ripped me off of 2 credits this morning. I have had to close account due to financial difficulties. My credit card statement read that my transaction was taken out on the 12 of Feb. All game pass credits in the past were good until the 11 of the month. When I checked earlier in the week, I still had 2 credits remaining good until the 11 of April. GH customer service said my account expired on the 9th (today). Only got 58 days for my final credit. Have talked to my credit card company and a friend who works for the RCMP. They are both now launching illegal billing practice investigations. I have 6 credits at the good game site, which cn't be mentioned here. They are good for 6 months after termination of membership. Finally able to download games. Support was no help. Here is what I did. I went to control panel, uninstalled both Gamehouse and Real Arcade installers and went back to Gamehouse and clicked on a game to download a demo of a game I didn't have. A window popped up asking to "run or save", I clicked save, went to folder where I saved file, double-clicked on Gamehouse and started download. I just played the demo and game is working normally. I hope this solution works for others.

Never happened before until this stupid merger. I migrated my account Monday and lost 6 games. Now I can't even download any games. I have 2 credits that I wanted to use. This merger has been a bonafide dud. I sent a support ticket through on Monday for both problems and haven't heard a thing. I guess it's time to pack in my Gamepass Account. Not a happy camper right now. I feel ripped off

It happened 3 times today on three different downloads. I have deleted temporary files, cookies, etc. I run Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS with Internet Explorer 7. This has never happened to me before. I have always been able to download games from Gamehouse in the past. It seems to have happened right after merging my account this week from Real Arcade. Any solutions?
