Take one of your people to the big fish in the lake, the fish will offer to get a zodiac key, if you clean the lake. After this, you will be able to hover a person over the lake, when you see the lake tool click that area and your character will clean the lake. About the butterfly - I found mine right away, just keep an eye out, I'm sure that you'll see it.

I went over the whole map, but there aren't any actions left - even tho I haven't used the raft yet, and there is something in the field where the purple sheep ( forget the name) graze.
