I am having trouble getting this game to start. I just bought and downloaded it yesterday. I went to play it this morning, and it won't load completely. It starts to load, and then stops there. It doesn't load the rest of the way and I have to use task manager to get out of it. The screen is black and all I see is two gears moving as the game attempts to load. I see where other people can't access the bonus features and that they are working on that.

Can anyone help me figure out what to do so that I can play this game? It looks great, and I can't wait to play it!

I was able to download and play the trial, but when I went to buy the game, I got a screen that said "Attention, we can not find the game you are looking for on our site." Has anyone else had this problem? Why would I be able to download and play the trial and then not buy the game?
