Those are 2 of the harder levels to find the mouse. On day 5 he can be found just above the right side of the serving tray (lower left corner) with not much more than his ears showing.
On day 10 you can find him up between the brazier and the deck.

Gamezebo has a great walkthrough too that will help with all the locations.

You give them to the customers to make them happy. Give them out either before the food or along with the food.

The red one keeps the customers happy for the whole day, the grey ones keep them happy for a little while.

Give preference to the kids and impatient ladies or men.

Gamezebo has a much more active blog on it and it's being discussed a lot. People are trying everything they can think of to get these two trophies and no luck so far.

The good news is the developers have been contacted and they're waiting for a response. Hopefully we'll have some answers soon.

Personally, I've stopped pulling my hair out over it and am just going to wait for some answers.
