ENGINE ROOM PUZZLE:

The maximum capacities of the gauges are 5, 8, and 6 from left to right. The numbers 3-4-6 scratched above indicate that the gauges should contain 3, 4, and 6 units of liquid, from left to right. The 2 top buttons below each gauge are used to fill and drain. The lower button transfers liquid to the gauge on its right. The rightmost gauge will transfer its contents equally between the other two.

NAVIGATION ROOM PUZZLE:

Set the coordinates for the Hidden World by choosing the 6 correct metallic cards and placing them in their proper positions. The coordinates for the Hidden World are on page 13 of the journal. As you place the cards on the slots, the markings of each row and column will be combined on the 5 black areas. These should look like the symbols on the 5 coordinates.

If all the numbers are lit except for 2, then press these next: 1, 3, 8 to turn them all off. Then press the center and all the corners to light them all up.

I'd point you towards the walkthrough for the tutorial here (http://www.gamezebo.com/download-games/born-darkness/user-tips/walkthrough-tutorial-sequence) but I don't think you have problems following a tutorial. You also mentioned turning on and off the custom cursor, and also switching from full screen to windowed mode, but with no luck in either.

If Gamehouse Support can't help, I would suggest to try downloading it from Shockwave.com and see if that version works for you. But if it still doesn't, then my next recourse would be to write the developer of the game, Pobros, at support@pobros.com or through their website at http://www.pobros.com/contact/index.html

Hi Poppet! There's no way to reset the keypad, unfortunately. I replayed the whole game this morning just to see if that mini-game could be reset. But sadly the developers didn't provide this feature. Even going to another room, or exiting the game doesn't reset it.

So here's what we can do. Tell me what lights are turned on in your keypad, and I'll guide you through what buttons to press next.

I use a spreadsheet too! I'm kinda OC (obsessive-compulsive) and need to make lists of everything. I take note of games I've tried, and which sites they're from, and I rate them. So that when I have a game credit, I check my wish list of must-buys and choose from there.

I also list games I purchased, where I got them, and how much I bought them. And there's an automatic sum total at the bottom, to warn me how much I spend on this addictive hobby!

Now what if, I only plan to continue my Funpass subscription till the end of this month? Wouldn't I be interested in downloading the Free Game with Ads, for future use? I know that the full version is free to me right now, without ads, as a FunPass member. But once my subscription ends, I will no longer have access to that. So I would like the option of downloading today's Free Game with Ads, that I can play in the future when I'm no longer a Funpass subscriber. The free game is only offered once, so might as well take advantage of it while it's there, right? And keep it as a free investment.

First, you need to have the glowing powder in your inventory (you can find it in the blue tent near the elephant stage). Place the glowing powder on the hex nut. You should be able to spot it easily after that!

You'll need to uninstall, then download the newest version of the installer. Gamehouse fixed the bug that causes the game to crash when creating a profile name. They put up a new build on the site that addresses that. So just uninstall, re-download, and re-install. It should be fine after that.
