I am having trouble trying to open the game to play. It opens but it is all scrambled I cant see anything but color blotches all over the screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it makes no difference. Please fix this I want to play this game so bad!

Hi just wanna say that its the second box that pops up that wont go away, after you click the first part of the key. The arrow points to Nathaniels Gems to click but it wont let me click them..lol Ive been trying to play this game since January or something like that on a different site but it just wont let me get past this point.
