Well GAMEHOUSE this just tops it all, we have had games that won't play, gift codes that don't work and now we're being told we can't download this game. WHAT GOING ON? I have been a funpass member for quite a few years now and i have to say its never been as bad as this.

Wow is someone going around shooting sound and video drivers then??
because the same exact thing has happened to me. i was playing away happily stopped to make dinner and later on went back on my pc and wham. blank screen, only thing showing is the inventory bit at the bottom.It is so annoying i had done alot of the game. grrrrrr

This may help some of you that are stuck, go back to granpas house, go into the hall and click on the three pictures, then go back into the living room and check out the set of drawers. the magnefiing glass should show up on one of the draws inside you will find one of the star maps. in the library you should find the key for the puzzle box in the living room again with a star map inside. to do the fairy woods and the stonehenge you need the bubble machine before you can pick up the strange looking stones. hope this helps.

Same thing here with fashion assistant and all other games are playing fine . I only own one computer so know its not that issue.

hi tigger, i had trouble with this bit too, until i realized that you have to click and hold on the buttons and move them down to open them ,hope this helps lynn

The same thing happened to me. I downloaded it about three times, and played it from the begining but it still did the same at the same point, with annabel hanging on the wall. It also took ages to load between levels. It was a shame because its a good game.
