1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type in Regedit
4. Open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Gamehouse\2.0\Preferences
5. On the right, double click on the "GamesRoot" key, change the value from "C:\\" to "C:\GameHouse Games\"
6. Click OK and close Regedit and try a download, this should fix the problem.

I have the same problem, starting when my real arcade was merged to game house. My OS is vistas 32 bit. I have no problem downloading from any other game sites. The same message :
Windows has blocked the game downloader from accessing your computer. Make sure user account has full privileges. I have tried EVERYTHING, from accessing the internal Admin account to turning off UAC, trying different browsers, etc, Any news on how to fix this. Some of the posts on here are from October and many are ref Windows 7. I understood Game House was doing some tests but lately there has been no news. Please help. Thanks in advance. Has anyone had success? I even went on line to other blogs and tried all of the tech stuff but am still unable to download a game. Thanks for any assistance.
