The balance there reads dot dot dot, just like on firefox. I don't know what could be the issue, but if it's some security setting or something like that, please let us know what it is so we can adjust our settings.

I will try Chrome then, see if I can redeem some of my points. I never use IE due to the many malware/spyware issue on that browser. I spent some time a while back trying different browsers to see which one I had the best experience with, now I use mozilla automatically. I'll post back here with results.

The reason my buttons are grayed out is that my coin balance isn't showing at all on the redemption page. All it shows there is ... So somehow between my page with a coin balance of over 17000 and the redemption page the balance gets lost. Maybe that will help locate the problem and repair it.

That should allow you to find the original problem fairly quickly. Computers aren't all that difficult to deal with. if it was working, then stopped, something happened that day to make it stop working. If you address the changes that were done that day, you should have the answer. It certainly shouldn't take months to resolve.

I am a game house fan, and would hate to have to search elsewhere to play...I'll continue here until I cannot in good faith continue anymore. I would hate it if that happened.

My computer is fine, the problem has got to with the game. I completely uninstalled, removed all traces and related files, then re-downloaded the game, and attempted to play again, with the same results.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with a game here, and it's gotten to the point that I almost dread trying a game here since they frequently don't work properly, the problems seem to happen more often on hidden object games, which are my favorite type. Can someone please check into the problems and try to fix them? I'd love to be able to download and play games without these ongoing issues. Thanks!
