Hi, hunt... this wasn't "in" photobucket... it was in Room's personal album that she has locked to the public, as I do mine. So our pictures don't appear as available in photobucket itself. However, you can "hack" your way into someone's album, and I'll leave it at that. If that is the case then why not report it to gamehouse and photobucket?
