Can't download games from gamehouse

The good news is that you can still play the old games after an hour or so on the chat line to work through the problem. The bad news is that you will have to put up with ads that stop the game every 3 - 4 minutes. I've been through this today and had to escalate the problem to 'roger' who seems to know what is going on. Good luck with playing your games again as you know them.
