Sometimes they aren't aware of problems until after the game comes out, then they try to come out with updates. Not all sites will get these updates, Gamehouse at least tries to update their games when updates come out. I know of one other site that doesn't update their games even though the update is available.

unknown bank charge

That was when I would have to get a new bank card. I was fit to be tied. Our bank helped us to get the money back. I would call the bank and ask. They have a record of it and phone numbers.

Some believe that gamehouse should fix this error it they can. If there is another solution that might fix the error message that computers users have a right to know that also. Some have followed what you were saying and haves gotten their games to play others haven't. Gamehouse has also posted that they are still working on this issue.

Redownloaded games are no longer full screen

In the past few days I have learned some things about gamehouse that I cannot support and don't want to be a part of. So I will see all of you on down the road.

You can also learn more about the causes of thse errors by also doing a search. I simply put open candy into my browser and pulled up all kinds of information. Do users give it permission when yes is clicked instead of no? I have noticed that a lot of different downloads now ask you do you want to try this or that over and over before the download starts. Open candy doesn't have to come from gamehouse it can come from anywhere, as I found out. I also learned that I would not open any files if I didn't know a lot more about what I was doing. to download a game here no one should have to change settings that are set by microsoft when the computer was put together.
