I actually DID update my virus definitions BEFORE I downloaded the game. I actually downloaded "World's Greatest Places Mahjong" and didn't have a problem. But then I updated my definitions and when I tried to download "Pahelika: Relevations" Kaspersky flagged it as having a Trojan so the game actually never installed.

But in response to the other comment, Kaspersky catches A LOT of stuff that other antivirus programs don't!!! So I wouldn't necessarily assume it's a "false alarm."

I was just posting because the information to let GameHouse know that the game got flagged as containing a Trojan.

Thanks for the help.

Hello!

I purchased "Delicious Emily's True Love (Premium Edition)" on November 30th and didn't receive the additional 2,000 coins that you're supposed to get with the badge. I got the 4,000 coins for purchasing the game. But the badge says you're supposed to get an additional 2,000.

I currently have 7,205 coins when I should actually have 9,205.

Thanks for the help.

I have a suggestion. I'll just toss this out there...

What about a FunPass Premium and FunPass Platinum?

FunPass Premuim - $20.00/month
- Unlimited play of all Standard and Premium Edition games
- 5,000 coins/month

FunPass Platinum Edition - $50.00/month
- Unlimited play of all Standard and Premium Edition games
- 2 Free Game Codes that could be used for the purchase of either 2 Platinum Editions, 2 Premium Editions, or 2 standard editions. Or any combination thereof.
- 7,000 coins/month

(For those reading, please note that this is just a suggestion!!!)

This is actually a "known issue" with the game!!! I purchased it from BFG's and I got an Access Violation error when attempting to hammer the nails at the dock and couldn't finish the game. The developer has been aware of this problem for a month with no new release as of yet. Several people on the BFG's forums have complained about this and there has been no response. I eventually just asked for a refund and was just granted that.

As of yet, there isn't a fix for it that I know of. I just went and checked the BFG's forum again for this particular game and there still has been NO update in a month.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what else to say.

I purchased the game from elsewhere, but I DID have the same problem. I just saved the "Bigfoots" for last and served all the other customers, made the required level goal or expert goal, and then let them leave. So I was then able to move on to Level 50.

Hello!

I wrote about this on the forums in February. But my downloading at GameHouse is being blocked...AGAIN. This happened to me in February and I couldn't download ANY games from GameHouse for 3 weeks. I even uninstalled my antivirus (Kaspersky) and still couldn't download from GameHouse. I even called customer service and they said my account wasn't being blocked. And now this has happened again.

Last week I was able to download from GameHouse, but now I can't. I wasn't able to download either yesterday or today. I'm almost begging for help. I wish someone from GameHouse would please respond.

There are only 3 possible reasons: either I'm being blocked by GameHouse, Kaspersky, or ATT. I've almost ruled out GameHouse and Kaspersky since I addressed those issues when this happened last month. But is it possible for ATT to be blocking my downloads?

Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, I think Kaspersky IS blocking the GameHouse site on my computer because I'm having problems accessing it again. Another site I normally go to was being blocked earlier today, but now it's fine. I'm not sure what's causing it to block this site though. But when I shut it off I was able to get onto the GameHouse site much faster.

Kaspersky was blocking Apple's website earlier last year and that was documented on their forums by MANY people!!! Some of the reviewers on Amazon.com said that is starts blocking websites that you visit after awhile. The 2010 version prevented me from playing "Mishap 2" and I had to switch to the 2011 version just to play one game.

Now I'm contemplating buying a different antivirus software once this expires in a few months If I keep having problems like this.

Thanks for the tip. I think my parental control was accidentally on when I first installed 2011 back in December. I just checked it, but it says it's off. I haven't had any problems today with accessing the GameHouse site. I uninstalled some programs off my computer so maybe that helped. But the Adobe site even got blocked for me yesterday. That's why I thought it might have been Kaspersky. Thanks for the help.

Is anyone else having this problem. I had no problems getting on to the site a week ago. But now it seems like my access is being blocked. I just purchased 2 games and I'm concerned that I won't be able access any of my games. I'm also having problems with the site slowing down after I've logged in. I'm going to try uninstalling and then reinstalling Kaspersky 2011. But any other suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's the one in the living room where the TV is.

I keep trying the one there (on the table) but it won't let me pick it up. It's so frustrating. Am I supposed to do something else first perhaps? I've got the nail file.

I'm terribly sorry. I might be wrong. I finished the game a couple of hours ago and removed it from my computer. I would keep looking around. I would also check the GOALS button to see if you need to do anything else in addition to that. You should be able to use a hint. It should tell you where to go.

You have to use the joystick-like mechanism on the wall next to the bookshelf. You have to move the joystick all the way to the far right position at the top. Then the ladder will move to the right and slide up.

Have you made the net to catch them? There's a lizard in the bathroom. That's where I started. You have to make a net out of a hairnet (bathroom), chopstick (kitchen drawer), and headband (parents bedroom).

I posted about this problem in the support forums, also. I have actually called GameHouse technical support twice today and both times they have acknowledged not being able to download the game on their end either. They said they were escalating the issue. But I think he mentioned something about checking back on Monday. So unfortunately, we might have to wait until then for the issue to be resolved. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be released today and it's some sort of glitch. But I purchased it, also. I don't mind waiting until Monday. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to play it at that time.

(Continued)

But what you might want to do is locate your Program Files folder on your C Drive and then go into the Playrix Entertainment folder and click on the text file that says version. If it says May, then that's the original version. If it says June 23, then that's the most current version.

If you do have the older version from May, then you need to contact GameHouse and see if they have the updated version of the Premium Edition from June. Or you can use another computer, if available, and download the game again and check the version date and number. If they don't have the updated version, then you'll have to see if they can get it. If they have it, then you can uninstall the old version and install the new one. But keep in mind that it might not save the information from your previous games and transfer it over. I have Windows 7 64-bit and it saved the folder that my tanks were in, but didn't transfer it over to the new game. So I had to copy and paste the files manually.

On Wed Aug 04 04:24:21 PDT 2010, gigglesforgames said:

Playrix Customer Support responded to may e-mail yesterday and they said that with the original version of the game that it can freeze between levels 150 - 200. She also said the problem had been recently identified and fixed. So there IS a newer version of the game. She gave me a download link because I purchased it directly from their site. I installed it and it DOES work. I had to transfer the information about my old tanks over to the new folders, but I was able to continue playing from Level 205 without any problems.

Out of curiosity, last weekend I downloaded "Fishdom 2 Premium Edition" from Pogo and it was an updated version as indicated by the text file in the Playrix folder. So the customer service rep was being truthful.

(I'm continuing my message in another post because you can't have over 1000 characters.)

This has happened to me also and I'm still stuck. But I purchased my game directly from Playrix. I sent them a support e-mail last Friday, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. But the only thing that worked for me was starting over using another player and starting from the beginning. But my original profile is still stuck on level 205. And I've played that level multiple times and it crashes when I try to continue. So I'll let you know what they say when I hear back from them.

I actually did the same thing, but I can't play mine. I'm getting the same error as the person above. When I type in "Player1" the game closes and I get an error.

***NEW***

I actually got it to work after I deleted the registry entries for GameHouse and RealArcade. I went into the registry editor and removed all instances. But it accepted my game credit, also. So purchasing it with a FunTicket did work for me. It shows up in my account with the Premium Edition.

***NEW***

The jigsaw puzzle doesn't work for me. And the strategy guide is a PDF file. So I don't really know if this is the final version of the game or just a beta. I purchased it, but it seems like an incomplete version or it's the regular edition.
