I purchased "Delicious Emily's True Love (Premium Edition)" on November 30th and didn't receive the additional 2,000 coins that you're supposed to get with the badge. I got the 4,000 coins for purchasing the game. But the badge says you're supposed to get an additional 2,000.

I currently have 7,205 coins when I should actually have 9,205.

I purchased the game from elsewhere, but I DID have the same problem. I just saved the "Bigfoots" for last and served all the other customers, made the required level goal or expert goal, and then let them leave. So I was then able to move on to Level 50.

I wrote about this on the forums in February. But my downloading at GameHouse is being blocked...AGAIN. This happened to me in February and I couldn't download ANY games from GameHouse for 3 weeks. I even uninstalled my antivirus (Kaspersky) and still couldn't download from GameHouse. I even called customer service and they said my account wasn't being blocked. And now this has happened again.

Last week I was able to download from GameHouse, but now I can't. I wasn't able to download either yesterday or today. I'm almost begging for help. I wish someone from GameHouse would please respond.

There are only 3 possible reasons: either I'm being blocked by GameHouse, Kaspersky, or ATT. I've almost ruled out GameHouse and Kaspersky since I addressed those issues when this happened last month. But is it possible for ATT to be blocking my downloads?

Kaspersky was blocking Apple's website earlier last year and that was documented on their forums by MANY people!!! Some of the reviewers on Amazon.com said that is starts blocking websites that you visit after awhile. The 2010 version prevented me from playing "Mishap 2" and I had to switch to the 2011 version just to play one game.

Now I'm contemplating buying a different antivirus software once this expires in a few months If I keep having problems like this.

I'm terribly sorry. I might be wrong. I finished the game a couple of hours ago and removed it from my computer. I would keep looking around. I would also check the GOALS button to see if you need to do anything else in addition to that. You should be able to use a hint. It should tell you where to go.

Have you made the net to catch them? There's a lizard in the bathroom. That's where I started. You have to make a net out of a hairnet (bathroom), chopstick (kitchen drawer), and headband (parents bedroom).

I have actually called GameHouse technical support twice today and both times they have acknowledged not being able to download the game on their end either. They said they were escalating the issue. But I think he mentioned something about checking back on Monday. So unfortunately, we might have to wait until then for the issue to be resolved. But someone else actually reported not being able to download the game in the "Memory Wiz" forums. So it's not just me having the problem.

But what you might want to do is locate your Program Files folder on your C Drive and then go into the Playrix Entertainment folder and click on the text file that says version. If it says May, then that's the original version. If it says June 23, then that's the most current version.

If you do have the older version from May, then you need to contact GameHouse and see if they have the updated version of the Premium Edition from June. Or you can use another computer, if available, and download the game again and check the version date and number. If they don't have the updated version, then you'll have to see if they can get it. If they have it, then you can uninstall the old version and install the new one. But keep in mind that it might not save the information from your previous games and transfer it over. I have Windows 7 64-bit and it saved the folder that my tanks were in, but didn't transfer it over to the new game. So I had to copy and paste the files manually.

But the only thing that worked for me was starting over using another player and starting from the beginning. But my original profile is still stuck on level 205. And I've played that level multiple times and it crashes when I try to continue. So I'll let you know what they say when I hear back from them.

I actually did the same thing, but I can't play mine. I'm getting the same error as the person above. When I type in "Player1" the game closes and I get an error.

I actually got it to work after I deleted the registry entries for GameHouse and RealArcade. I went into the registry editor and removed all instances. But it accepted my game credit, also. So purchasing it with a FunTicket did work for me. It shows up in my account with the Premium Edition.

The jigsaw puzzle doesn't work for me. And the strategy guide is a PDF file. So I don't really know if this is the final version of the game or just a beta. I purchased it, but it seems like an incomplete version or it's the regular edition.
