So you mean to tell me that they had serious problems with their beta testing and still went through with the merger of sites. I find that intentionally irresponsible that they would inflict problems on us all when they knew test cases were going badly. Did gamehouse ever care about keeping the real arcade customers?

i'm responding to this so other customers know it is not true. Nothing was ever resolved for me like you said. And, I did recieve an email from someone, but it was one of the rudest emails I've ever recieved. I did reply to it. Wonder if you got it, or cared. Probably got it, but definitely don't care!!! Don't tell lies about my service please.

The game will redownload and play for me right away, but every game I've tried to reopen and play won't load without me redownloading again,losing any saved spot, and starting from scratch. Gamehouse SUCKS beyond belief and I can't believe real one arcade sold to this loser company. Had issues once in a while with real arcade and they were always great to deal with, which is why I was their loyal customer for 122 purchases. I feel ripped off. Gamehouse is the worst site I have ever dealt with my entire life.
