Try once not just to remove the program and download it again, but to wipe out all of the badies:
Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
Click on A Gypsy's Tale, then click on the Add/Remove button.
Once it's uninstalled, go to Start, Run, type regedit and click OK.
Go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/GameHouse folder.
Right-click on A Gypsy's Tale and click Delete. Click on Yes to confirm.
Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/GameHouse folder.
Right-click on A Gypsy's Tale and click Delete. Click on Yes to confirm.
Close regedit, then restart your computer.
Re-download the game from GH website.
Please be careful, when you are in all these places, you don't want to wipe out something you still need, so just click only on: A Gypsy's Tale and nothing else.
