Getting a decent response from customer service at Gamehouse is difficult at best. Some games are better bought direct from the developers at the higher prices, because they have better customer service.

Here's an idea for Mr. Beal: Make a user account at GameHouse. Don't identify yourself; give fake information. Contact customer support and experience the trouble for yourself. Then look at the department and eliminate the problems.

Also, how long has it been since you've completed the merge with Real Arcade? Take a look at the issues you're having, and figure out how to fix them. Don't jerk people around, or you're going to lose more customers than you gained from the acquisition of RA.

Now, I'm going to be trying to get support for a problem I'm having with a game. We'll see how it goes this time ..

Well, I mentioned these games in another forum post I made, but since there's actually this forum for that specifically, I'll beg here.

Mummy Maze, which was a Popcap game, but the last time I looked at their site it was no longer there, although it was about 2 weeks prior! It vanished, and I've found it at other places I don't particularly care to deal with. I haven't bought it yet though, because it would be extra money spent, when I get a 'fun ticket' from here every month, it makes buying games from other sites a lot less attractive

The other game is called Aqua Words. It's easy and fun. It has some issues, as do all word games (mainly I tend to know more/different words than the dictionary does). I just can't bring myself to give $20 for it. I found it somewhere for $10, but I don't trust that place, as I've never heard of it.

Make more accessible games. An accessible game is one that has big graphics, custom pointers that are bigger than standard winows pointers, not too visually distracting (yes, visual excitement sells games, but for some it's too confusing), and distinguishable symbols on the pieces for colorblind users - kudos to GameHouse for creating quite a few of these games!

Make sure all spoken parts have captions, and on the match 3 with symbols, make sure the background is not too similar to the foreground For example, don't use brown on yellow. Also, make sure there is a big enough color difference between pieces that need to be removed versus pieces that don't. DesktopZoom is a free program that can put the screen in grayscale. It is also a screen magnifier: http://users.telenet.be/littlegems/MySoft/DesktopZoom/Index.html

Also, make more games with no time limits. Give the options for timed or untimed, custom cursors or windows cursors, extra visual effects or not, etc.

Hello.

Many people have said that they had a problem opening or reading the strategy guide. I had the same problem but solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader. HOWEVER ..

The premium edition is supposed to come with "beautiful desktop wallpapers" as well, and as far as I can see on my system there are no wallpapers. I tried on another system and still no wallpapers. I emailed customer service and they said to post in the forums .. so here's my post ..

Any clues about getting the wallpapers? Where are they supposed to be?
