catdog,

I agree that this is a ripoff concerning the Moretimer Beckett game. To get the new Mortimer Beckett and the Lost King game, I have to shell out $21.90 in addition to the $10.59 I pay every month for membership dues.

I bet this is just the beginning of a trend. That more and more games are going to be designated "Premium" so that members won't be able to use their credits to purchase these so called "Premium" games.

Don't the people in charge know that things like this will drive their customers to cancel their memberships here at GH and join other game sites; like Big Fish, Shockwave, SpinTop, etc.

raklein51, I too have the same problem. I was to receive my game credits on 11-19-2009. Called customer support and was told that he did not know when I would receive my credits. Only that it might be sometime this month.

GHBill, so per your post, GH hopes to have the game credits issue resolved by 11-26-2009? And the billing dates will stay the same as they were before the merger?

It is expected to have some minor bugs to work out with any merger of two companies, but the problems that the former RA members are having is not acceptable in my opinion.

I guess that I am lucky, it looks like that I am only going to lose three games. They are no longer available is their excuse.

But what really irks me to no end is: I didn't get my game credits that were due 11-19-2009. My wife and I searched the GH site over and over to try to find any information about them and found nothing. So I called customer support, got an agent with a thick accent, who was rude. He told me that my credits, were not available at this time. He could only tell me that GH was working on the problem, but had no idea of when I would receive my credits. To the best of his knowledge it might be sometime this month that I would get my free game credits.

My wife and I are really considering cancelling our membership and heading on over to Big Fish.
