Well I uninstalled and re-installed and now I can play but after I give Myles the diary the game just closes and it if I try again it starts from the beginning. Another buggy game!

You have to close that Box and re-lauch the game from either the desktop or program menu and then a new box pops up and you can re-enter with fun pass. It is very difficult to play a game that can't find it's own elements. It is not a problem with all of our computers but in the game programing!!!!

Trouble downloading this game. It downloads about 2/3 and then I get the network error not connected to the internet message. This happened last week when I tried to download a game about this time in the morning 7:05 AM EST and later in the day it worked fine. And yes I am connected to the internet because i am able to post this. It is very disconcerting to pay for a fun pass membership and not be able to use it!

Well I got tired of waiting for an answer to this issue on the support forum. I called customer support. After I was put on hold for several minutes I was told to try and play the game with a different profile name and that did not work. I was also told they were aware of the issue and to wait a few days and check the support forum for an answer. I am not holding my breathe. There have been a couple of other games I have had issues with and never got an answer. What really bugs me is you can no longer email for customer support with a technical issue it is either a phone call or live chat.

PipCat it is a glitch. the instructions in the tutorial says that they will disappear from the list when they are found.

I had the same problem. I had the moon symbol then it disappeared. I had to restart the game with a new profile and then I was able to finish. There must be a glitch in the game as there seems to be a few others with the same issue. I restarted because that was the only solution i could find and support here is not very good. I had a problem with another game game just randomly closing and they told me they would contact me with a solution when they had one - that was months ago and I never heard a thing.

You need to zoom in to the rock to the left side of the crate at the base of a tree. It will tell you that you need something to move it. Go back to the previous graveyard scene and get the shovel.

I find that when the hint doesn't seem to work the object you need is in a previous scene and if you don't know what you are looking for the hint will work when you are in the correct scene to get the object you need.

I got notified this time but I had not gotten an email for awhile so I sent an email to customer service. Also if you still have the real arcade evaluation shortcut on you desktop you might be able to access the games. This worked for me even if I didn't get an email. Since Real arcade became game house the beta test time is only 30 instead of 60 minutes.

Same thing here with fashion assistant and all other games are playing fine . I only own one computer so know its not that issue.
