I did take the time to explain where Customer Service messed up majorly---and it's posted in here somewhere...example: They sent ME an email response and gave me another persons' email, GH password and full name . Now if you are confirming the email-and they sent that to correct email address, WHY would they say/confirm my email with a totally different email address???????? OR...They asked me 3 times which Windows System I was operating on(wasting a week of time) when I sent it not only the 1st time I contacted them but the 2nd too....So after a week of back and forth, they email me again n ask me "what system r u on?"
NO REASON FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL STUPIDITY! So i agree with the robot theory!

I PLAYED THE DEMO AT BOTH GH then RA, then returned to GH to buy it....and had problems ever since. That's when I started emailing cust service and talked to them on the phone n stuf. But a week later, when Playfirst, and a couple other bigger game sites came out with it, I downloaded the game from them, played it for 30-60 minutes(n it always expired when the time was up) and then un-installed it. Usually you pick right up (in the game)where you left off til I got it from iWin....and it sent me back to beginning, so I stopped doing that.I just want to finish the game!!!!!Thanx for all your help!! I really APPRECIATE it!!

PS- I was super busy Tues/Wed and I gave up on Campfire, that's a hopeless situation.

I don't get an icon for this game. It downloads 9.3mb n I have have Windows XP w/ SP3.
I figure the key is in the script error. When it is done a box pops us and says:
"AN ERROR OCCURRED ON THIS PAGE, CONTINUE RUNNING SCRIPTS"? (IF YOU SAY NO, THE WHOLE THING CLOSES OUT) AND IF i SAY YES, that's when it says "No Record of purchase found"-put in Activation code. There is a place at the bottom where it says "No Activation Code'?
