Maybe you have worked it out yourself meanwhile. I apologize, I just entered the forum on this game for the first time today.

You wet the handkerchief found in the last hidden object (HO) and use it on the right stain glassed window. It will throw a pattern on the floor from the entering light. You match the left stain glassed window with this pattern. Click on the matching parts on the left window. Now you should have access to the altar.

Let me know if it works!

You forgot to mention the diamond ring on the template square you've collected and cut out the rectangular pieces of the stained glass window before you can solve the puzzle on the floor in which the sun rays illuminate; which will then move the the sarcophagus of the altar room.

Does anyone know how to get to the back entrance to the servants quarters?

you have to get the Hole boring tool first, and that's in one of the find hidden pieces, sorry I forget which one, then go back to the prison building where Tijuba is at. Behind the building is a large barrel with what looks like floating apples. Use the hole boring tool and the water will drain, the bone is at the bottom.
As for the chest lock, which is in the burned out ruins of a house, you have to find a tile in another area first. Then bring it back to the chest, but there is another tile needed also, I haven't been able get that one yet. I'm still trying to find my way to the back door to the servant's quarters.

assuming you are talking about the wreath scroll, you must first find all the pieces around the room prior to magnifying the mural. To place the pieces, click on a piece and a golden arrows appear on one corner. To turn the piece, left click on the golden arrows and hold down the left button on your mouse like you would to click and drag.. Take note, sometimes this doesn't work so well, because you have to click and drag several times before the piece turns. A design flaw in my opinion. Just keep trying, once you figure out the best technique, you will be able to finish the mural puzzle.
Too bad that the tech couldn't answer your question, clearly sounds like a person who is just there for a paycheck, and not a responsible representation of the company's interests. And we wonder why our jobs close their doors when their customers find a better place to shop. Not a very good custodian of what is entrusted to them, indeed.

Well, I used one of my tokens to download the walkthrough for this game. Don't do it!!! I discovered that after chapter 3, the following chapters 4-6 are only snap shots of chapter 3!!

Do you mean the one at the hidden world?

[SPOILERS]
There is a sketch in your journal related to the water element, which is noted down after you finish the disks.
You have to place the junctions so that the water flows like the sketch in your journal. Hint: some of the junctions are like a cross - this means that water could flow from all sides.

If you get more stuck here is an image with the solution

Hope that helps!

Trying to find the walk through for The Clockwork Man, HW. So far, all I have found was
to pay for, and download the "premium" game for $20, when I've already paid for the version without the walk through and wallpapers, soundtracks, etc.
Is there a FREE walk through of this game somewhere? Shouldn't faithful customers of Real Arcade/GameHouse be entitled to at the LEAST, a reduced price on the premium version?
(however, I find it extremely annoying that I have to purchase TWO versions of the same game!).

update: 2/1/11 530pm cst: I was able to download the walk-through from GameHouse; however, I had to use one of my tokens. I guess I'm okay with that for now, since the walk-through for the Clockwork Man-THW seriously needs it!

I think I recommended to GH to allow us to buy those premium games for 2 tokens instead of one. I wonder if they are listening?
I really do love this game, it is very challenging, but the puzzles can be maddening at times; thus the need for the walk through. I love a challenge, but I do want to be able to
proceed with the game and not take me hours to fumble through the puzzles at times.

Safe key in Professor's Office, after finding the key to the parents box under the floor board.
Use the list of book names and the number 832619 on the valentine card: You won't use all the numbered book list to open the safe combination.
Answer the the questions about the book titles: Most are quite easy to figure out. However,
I struggled with the Iliad (I had to go to the encyclopedia on line. And there are a couple of icons that would fit for Alice in Wonderland, but use the Rabbit.
8=whale, 3=monkey, 2=cross, 6=horse, 1=rabbit, 9=bird
very cool puzzle creators, I loved this one very much!

I am becoming less satisfied with the quality of games purchased through Gamehouse, whether by money or Funpass tickets.A month does not go by that I don't encounter a technical problem with a game not working right, crashes, etc. I have been a customer of RealArcade since 2002, & had 2-3 faulty games. However, a month doesn't go by that I don't encounter a faulty game from GameHouse. I have at least 10 games or more that I can't play, because GameHouse did not renew a contract with the game creators.
So I am inquiring of my fellow gamers of Real Arcade/Gamehouse, and/or newer members of Gamehouse who want to join a class action lawsuit against Gamehouse "if you too have lost the ability to play purchased games or due to technical defects of said games?"
Who wants to join? Please contact me at cherie_j_mcnaul@cox.net if you are interested in seeking legal advice.
