Unfortunetly unless players submit a help request gamehouse won't fix it. So if you are having this same issue please submit a help form to make gamehouse aware of the problem. We have waited a while for a new hidden object game and now after waiting this one doesn't work. I guess gamehouse must not test these games to make sure they are working properly before releasing the game to their players. Seeing I have never received any response to any questions I post here but I have tried sending an email to the support email and haven't received a reply. There is a new online game called Sea Cleaner and to play the arrow buttons must be used rather than the mouse. The problem/bug is after playing Round 1 the arrow buttons make the entire screen move up and down and then you can not see what you are supposed to be catching. I have tried everyway possible to fix this problem and I know that I am not the only one having this problem as I have seen this issue described by other players. Hoping you all may help me I downloaded Big Kuhuna 2 chain reaction. It was a "free game" of the day. It was back I think in the early spring. I tried it that day and really liked it. I think I did 4 or 5 levels. Now today I tried playing it and it loads and the sponser ad comes on and whethter or not I let the sponser ad play all the way thru the game closes and an error window comes up saying that big kahuna 2 - chain reaction has experiand some trouble and had to shutdown (those aren't the exact words) and then it asks if I want to send a report or not so that ends that is anyone having this problem and what are your suggestions I know I should just delete the game and try reinstalling but now the game isn"t a featured free game so I really don't want to have to pay for it so any and all help will be much appreciated thank you chnajesa
