I see from the home page in "Upcoming Games" the regular edition is on the 30 days list.

I also missed the reservations, and there could have been a few more mini games.

The thing I did not miss was the fireworks. They were fine in prior games, but I was unable to finish Emily's Childhood Memories because the game always crashed just as the fireworks were about to start. And after that crash, the game would continue to crash on different days and different levels. So I had to start over. And this was on a brand new computer with plenty of horsepower, new drivers, etc.

So I was never able to finish the game. And I wasn't the only one.

No help was forthcoming from the developers, so I finally returned the game and got my money back.

In fact, Childhood Memories is the only Emily's game that I do not own.

Major disappointment!
Did you get the Premium Edition of Childhood Memories? Maybe the regular edition would work.

Hey, Yusef! I did buy "Emily's True Love" from Amazon. It downloaded and plays with no problems. I found out later that if you have a Discovercard with a cash back reward feature you can apply the rewards directly to an Amazon purchase. Also, most credit cards with any kind of rewards or points can be cashed in for gift cards and Amazon's usually one of them. Maybe GH should switch places and create a gift card of their own to get this way.

yusef wrote: Cherryrose, Here's another idea. If you aren't able to pay for the game and can be patient, you could turn your coins into a gift certificate at amazon. Then buy the game with the gift certificate. I hate to say buy a game somewhere else, but it is an option if money is really tight.
Yusef, There's a post in the support forums "Gold coins???" addressing the Amazon.com gift cards. Very interesting. Between peole not being able to use the coupon codes and now this Amazon.com issue I wonder if this gold coin program has any real value. Premium games are $19.99. Money isn't a big issue, but I don't think preminum edtions are worth the difference in price. I don't have a funticket membership because I don't find games I want that often.

Has anyone had a problem with Grandpa refusing to replant grain fields. Usually when he harvests the last bundle a sign appears with a picture of what needs planting. One time the sign didn't appear, another time only the scarecrow was there. He kept shaking his head and finger like nothing needed to be done. I think it happens when the energy drink has been used. Maybe things happen too fast for the game to handle it. I've also had access violation/fatal error crashes while the drink is used.

Thanks Yusef, I didn't think I was missing anything. How strange. I want to see if anyone knew when, or if, Emily's True Love was coming out in a regular version. I did notice Amazon has the premium edition for $13.99, but I wanted to get the regular version with my coins. I guess I'll have to wait longer.

This may seem like a strange question, but I know GH and Zylom are tied together somehow. I was just on the Zylom homepage and there's no link to any forums. No customer service, no contact us, just answers to common questions. Am I missing something?

Someone always asks this question, I guess I will. I can't afford the premium edition and would like to know when the regular edition is being released. I looked in upcoming games and it's not there, even up to 60 day releases.

How can you get all those decorations? I've only played the 60 min trial but noticed right away that there are more than $2000 worth of decorations, but you still only get $200 for decoration money per day at expert.

I saw these "unlimited" titles listed in the game forums. Such as "Delicious Emily's Taste of Fame Unlimited" and the same for Childhood Memories. I'm familiar with all the suggestions offered. Maybe it's a typo. Check it out

I can't pass level 18 because I need 2 brown sheep and the game won't allow you to have 2. I read on another game site forum that a new version of Hot Vacation was out and fixed some problems and the "issue with level 18". If it's the same issue I don't know. I only downloaded this game this week so I would assume it's the new version if GH has it.

I finally uninstalled this game and will try to never reinstall and play it again. It's impossible to get any satisfaction from it. I don't have any technical problems, but the game play is too frustrating. It's very poorly designed and I can't believe the developers even played it all the way through before they released it.

But the cows take too long to produce milk and I'd like to throw Carlos off the roof. I also bought this game at BF and there hasn't been any complaints about the game having running problems in their forums. OOPS! There are technical issues for this game on BF forums. They have a specific thread to go to.

Yes, I've done that too. The biggest problem I've had in the past is the game sound not comin back on when the commercial ends. I didn't bother with anymore free games for awhile. I did download Supermarket Mania 2 when it was offered and noticed when the commercial started the game sound didn't shut off during the commercial. I thought maybe that was their solution. I think depending on where the commercial is inserted it may disrupt the flow of the program. They may correct it and offer the game again.

On Thu Sep 08 07:20:38 PDT 2011, cherryrose said:

When the first commercial finishes the game freezes up. I really wish you could chuck the commercials because they cause so many problems. I understand needing sponsers but I'd rather you offer a different game every day for $1.00.

I got this game from BF and I did have crashing problems. Reading in the BF forums about it seems to point the problem is connected to when you click to get the helper. It happens in relaxed and timed modes. It happened to me at day 46. If I just clicked to speed up Jill it was fine. I finished the game and created another player. When I started the game with the new player I had the high score that was left at the end of the first player, even though it was a new player. It immediatley crashed. I deleted those two players and created another player and finished that game with no problems at all. I just started a new game with another player so I'm curious what will happen.

This game is frustrating from the start. Usually you have to get farther into a game before it gets that way. There's no real instruction and the hints don't help. I can't even finish the first level. I can't find the wrench, all the puzzle pieces or the last handle. The numbers I have left in the number matching game are 7,1 and a triangle which may be a 0(?). I've tried every combination of the numbers in the thing on the tracks to open whatever needs to open. I hate hidden object games but this one looked interesting. They just give me a headache and with this one the headache started very quickly.

I figured it out. It was something I did a few weeks ago but it's been longer since I happen to launch any of these particular games. I was try to adjust a photo as a wallpaper and in the "graphics properties" I must have adjusted the panel fit to "maintain aspect ratio". I didn't change the screen resolution at all but I went back and changed it to "full screen (no border)". That did the trick. Thanks

On Fri May 06 14:51:11 PDT 2011, cherryrose said:

I am suddenly having a problem with some of my GH games. When I launch them the monitor is "auto processing" and the game is coming up elongated vertically to fit and short horizontally. When I take the game off full screen the resolution / aspect ratio is fixed but not full screen of course. There is no change in any monitor settings and these games are the only thing this is happening to. I went into the program file and played with different compatibility adjustments but nothing worked. It's like when they go into full screen they only stretch vertically. Vista Home Basic. Can you give me any help?

Sometimes the commercials in the free games cause problems. The most common is the sound goes out after the first commercial. Today I downloaded Youda Safari and it happened again. I've downloaded a 60 minute trial before from BF with no problems so I know it's not my audio driver. One thing I'm pretty sure about is the size of the ad may have something to do with it. If the ad is the smallest one (maybe about 5x3) there's no problems, but the bigger ones cause them. The one in Youda Safari was full screen! It even prevented the openning game screen to not fully load. Please go back to the smallest commercial screens only!

I had something really weird happen today. There were customers at the counter and a payer from a table came up behind the customer on the right. When I checked out the customers in the front of the line I noticed this payer from the table didn't have a bubble above his head and didn't step forward! The next customer customer that came up to the counter stepped in front of this guy! After I checked out the person that stepped in front of him the bubble popped up and he stepped forward. This happened twice. Weird!

To find the Strategy Guide click on the big "EXTRAS" at the bottom of the screen at the beginning where you press PLAY. It may take a moment to load. This is a really tricky game and you have to utilize "two in a row" and "multiple register ring ups" to get max scores!

I'd like to see what fans have in mind for the next Delicious! I'd like to see Emily running an ice cream shop making hot fudge sundaes, banana splits, dipping flavors of ice cream, etc. I have a game from BF called DQ Tycoon and it's fun to play to a point and then it just doesn't work right after that, but you know if it's a Delicious game it'll be the best. I'd also like to see Emily running a bakery with different king of breads, cakes, pies and pastries. Hmmm. I think I must be hungry!

One thing I noticed in the Campsite is when people are dancing and the music is playing you can't pick anything up. I try to get as many people served as possible before I click on the record requested. I read in one thread that the problem is supposed to stop after you purchase the DJ but it doesn't. AND I HATE THAT SMALL POINTER! I WANT THE BIGGER ONE FROM DELICIOUS 2 AND EMILY'S TEA GARDEN!

I just found out something after playing this game for more than a year. On Day 10 at the Winter Fair you ca use Francios as an entertainer! I got so used to not having any in this version. I noticed when the pointer is on Francois he lights up so I tried it and he dances.

One of the things I noticed about the disco, when you click on a record it actually takes up a space on the tray and if you serve a customer on the same tray you get a "2 in a row" bonus. It doesn't happen all the time so there's some detail I haven't figured out yet.

When you're on the start screen where you hit PLAY there's a big "EXTRAS" on the bottom. Click on it and then click on the STRATEGY GUIDE. It takes a moment to load but you can get all the mice and GH objects there on screenshots. I saved the screenshots for the mice to my "PICTURES" folder and bring them up before I play so I can go back to the desktop to see where they are if I need to.

I didn't think of that! All the other games have 5 restaurants, maybe this one has only 4 at the regular price. Food for future thought.

There are fewer extra tasks in this edition. In Taste of Fame and Holiday Season there was one every day in all restaurants. It really helps with the score.

I agree! I just wrote a review commenting on the same thing. They also stated 6 extra upgrades. That sounds to me like a 6th restaurant. I won the game from the childhood memories write in contest so I didn't have to buy it. I've read reviews about other premium games not meeting expectations so I don't think I will be buying any. But I'll always buy any Emily Delicious game that comes out at the regular price!

I found a glitch when I replayed a day in the Garden although it may happen in any levels. I didn't get expert in Day 5 so I replayed it and did get expert. When it went back to the calender page it didn't give me credit for expert for Day 5 but gave me credit for it on Day 6 and I hadn't even played Day 6 yet. One thing that may be a good change is if you get the mouse the first time on a day it will be back when you replay it.

Something weird happened this morning with this game. Yesterday I quit the game in the middle of the Candy Shop. When I went into the game this morning I clicked on "OK" to continue playing. The next screen has Emily with a surprised look on her face telling me she forgot my name and "What was it again?". I typed my name in and it went back to the beginning of the game to the introduction where Emily crashed her car. Did they make some changes to the game or something? Has anyone else experience this?

If you go into GAMEZEBO and pull up the Delicious Holiday Season game forum there's a thread for " IS THERE EVER GOING TO BE A DELICIOUS 6?" There are a couple of posts that provide links for first and second concept art for the next game. The second one is better and I guess the developers are thinking about a game about Emily's past when she was a kid. Sounds okay. I would think Uncle Antonio would be there.
