I got this message after returning to the unfinished game. After the 2nd time of attempting to login and getting the file corruption message, I will not start over once more. I exited the the game correctly both times. I also am still having trouble loging into gamepass...after erasing everything numerous times and logging on, i found that I could just reenter saved login the same amount of times and I eventually get to play. If I get tired of logging in numerous times, i just play the trial for the hour.

I agree that there must be more people with this problem, I see messages throughout the forum about it. I am a long time member, and up until this problem started, would have recommended GameHouse to everyone. There is a problem that is still ongoing, but I have to admit, while gripeing, I have yet to go to the support page and chat online or by phone....I actually thought these "solutions" were part of support. Oh yes, I do have a "good" computer and this is the only issue I have had. Computer is less than a year old. Still hanging in there and am going to contact real support now.

Thanks for replying to our problems. I have Time Warner Cable-wireless internet. I have been having problems with the sign in. I have followed your advise on deleting all the information and reentering it and it works 95% of the time. Even with Jewel Quest, if I do not reenter the information on sign in, it will not work. So that I can do, but its annoying to do it and still get the no internet connection message. Now I do know Time Warner is trying to get an extra 10 dollars a month to "speed" up my internet. I have had this since leaving dialup, and it was fine, but now that they sell it "faster" for more money, all downloads are taking more time. But then there are times when I do not have any problems. I had installed Royal Envoy 2 times and nothing, tried again, and it is working. Or was, because I cannot sign in right now even with signing in fresh each time. Very curious.
