Hi Bill
I had over 10,700 points. I redeem 5000 points to buy a game at 50% off. The code came back and said it was no longer valid and I lost those 5000 points, no game. I started the process over and it subtracted another 5000 points I thought it was the lost ones. . I called customer service and explained the wole thing. I was told the code WAS still valid.. Code not vaild. . I want my 5000 points back that went into cyber space Can you please help me? Tammy
