Why did Gamehouse/Real Arcade not tell us that if we lived in the UK we did not have to merge. I have been trying to for the last 2 weeks nearly. I have had 4 online chats, several emailsd with customer support and have got nowhere. I now can't find my games under 'my games' tab on RealArcade, can't redownload and can't use my credits either. I have been with RealArcade for several years and never had any problems. Why do the customer support at Gamehouse still keep telling me to migrate.

I have 'chatted' with live support on three different days and a lot of help that was. One said I was outside the US region and couldn't migrate; other two just said that their IT dept knew about the situation and I would receive an email when sorted ~ still waiting. I have tried again (21st) same problem. Why wasn't real arcade kept accessible if there was a problem. I am not able to access any of my real arcade games as I keep getting directed to the gamehouse website and asked to combine. I just want some straight answers to when this will get sorted. I can't see why it should be taking a week to sort.
Please can you put a smile back on my face?

I have spoken with Real live support on both Sunday 15th and Monday 16th and they said that their Tech department are sorting it and it should be sorted soon on both occasions. I have tried again tonight, Tuesday 17 and am still getting the same problem. Can someone please tell me when this will be fixed? I have been with Real for a number of years so have quite a few games still to re-download but from the messages I'm reading on the forums I think that I am going to have problems with some of the games and I am not happy about this. I think that the migration should have been checked more thoroughly before going 'live'.
