Vista and XP "64-bit" are special cases. These instructions look like they should work (I use 32-bit XP) but I don't think many of these games were designed to run on any 64-bit OS, particularly classics like Luxor.

Make sure you are downloading a new copy. My wife was having this issue and I saw that a fix was out. We had to uninstall the game, download it again and install it again before it would work.

Have you tried a few different games? Is there a specific game that is having trouble with FunPass?

What's going on exactly? Did you try contacting Customer Service?

My best guess would be that this has something to do with a firewall or similar program. If you have anything like that try disabling it before you use FunPass.

Yes, that's the link which doesn't work... All direct links from the menue on the left side aren't working. I tried different browsers etc. but nothing happened...

That's pretty weird. I'm assuming you've done the usual clear cookies and cache stuff? I would call up tech support. It seems to access fine for me here at work (shhhhh don't tell my boss!) and at home.

From what I can tell FunPass is not available for Mac. My sister has a Mac and when I visit her I can't use my FunPass with her games. All of her games ask for a license code and I've never had to enter something like that for FunPass.

Have you tried calling customer service? Check your credit card bill, the line item for your payment will have the phone number to call them. Much faster than waiting for a response from the online form.
