I've wasted 40 minutes of my trial hour and haven't been able to play/I uninstalled.. hope this helps!

Didn't get to play enough to consider buying and wasting one of my tickets for..I'll never know as it didn't give me a chance.

I'm in the 1st screen and I'm supposed to click on the documents I need for my plane trip. When I click on the correct ones, like the ticket, passport, etc, I get a red "x" and they don't disappear. I uninstalled the game , reinstalled, and while I was on the phone w/ tech support, restarted the game and had the exact same issue. Is anyone else having an issue w/ this game?
I'm already down to 48 min on my free trial and I haven't played the game yet!!
