You are absolutely correct -- if you purchased something, you should have access to it. The process of moving from RealArcade to GameHouse does not change anything on your computer. Any games you downloaded and/or purchased from RealArcade should still be there.

What do you mean you "lost" 3 games? Did you look for them in the My RealArcade Games section under My GameHouse->My Games? Did you check on your computer? Are they in the Start menu under "Games" or in C:\My Games?

Please check and post back and let us know if you find your games.

Hi rightslant, SilverSuki and Rhea,

There was a problem earlier with the My RealArcade Games page that only allowed you to see the first page of games. Check the page again now and see if you see a page selector at the bottom of the games list. That should allow you to browse to see your other games.

Post back if that doesn't work.

You can just remain with Game Pass, you don't need to change anything. The FunPass plan let's you play all the games for $20.00/month, but you don't get to keep the games if you end your subscription like you do with Game Pass. I think some people (who like to play a lot of games, but only keep a few) will want both, but most just want one or the other.
