Me too, I even tried getting it from another site after I couldn't get it to work from here, and it did the same thing, so I think there is something about the game that is faulty or some kind of settings on my computer that need changed but I have no idea what. Looking at forums on the other site it looks like lots of people have had issues with it.

I played about half an hour of the trial and had to leave, when I went back in all my progress was gone. So now I have to start over and I've lost half my trial and I don't feel like playing the same part all over again! I really liked the game otherwise...
